Travel adventures

Travel all around China!
You will have two days off each week to visit Beijing and other local attractions and then a month at the end of the course to travel anywhere in China!

You will be amazed at the Forbidden City, Tienanmen SquareSummer Palace and Great Wall of China in Beijing.  During the last month, you will be free from teaching placements and your Chinese host will help you to arrange trips and accommodation all around China.  Students choose who they want to travel with and where they want to go.  This is your chance to make full use of your newly learned Mandarin, try different local cuisine and learn about the ancient culture and history of China. You will be stunned by the outstanding beauty of Guilin or the Yellow Mountains and West Lake of Hangzhou City, take a cruise down the Yellow River,
and for the courageous, you can travel to Inner Mongolia and sleep in a Yurt or to the awesome Lake Namtso in Tibet. Or, if you are an animal lover, you can spend time one day caring for the Pandas at Bifengxia Panda Reserve.
